About
Packershow was born in 2005 when Wes and Ross decided it was time for a “working man’s” podcast to emerge about the hallowed Packers. Packershow began in the spring of 2006 and has been running mostly ever since. Packershow’s overriding philosophy is that fans can have intelligent conversation about their sports team, in this case, the Packers. We endeavor to bring a well produced and enjoyable show with plenty of time devoted to listeners who want to have a say.
One of the original listeners, Patrick Castleberg, submits a weekly segment entitled “the Good, the Bad, the Ugly”. Wes and Ross sincerely appreciate Patrick’s efforts. Other listeners have contributed to the show by sending in audio commentary and weekly emails.
Ross and Wes live in Dubuque, Iowa and work for the government.

Ross,
thank you for doing the show. It`s great insight for Packer fans.
Guys i think the Packers are in real trouble. with a shaky line and no running game the packers are way to predictable. keep up the great work guys. Go Packers.
Hey guys,
Lauren Squires here with KWWL Iowa’s News Channel Seven. I think it’s awesome that you record a weekly show in your kitchen! Given the rivarly that IS this Sunday, when Favre returns to Lambeau, I’d love to do a story on you guys and sit in on some of the recording of your show. Let me know when that happens next! Shoot me an e-mail at lsquires@kwwl.com.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
Lauren~
Ross, Wes, and Eric,
Started listening to your show two weeks ago after dropping Packer Transplants. Thanks for your in depth coverage of each game.
After seeing the Packers Queens game I am convined that Green Bay has a coaching problem. Mike’s team is and has never been fully ready for a game least of all an important one. I have one piece of advice for “fundementals” Mike, RUN THE FOOTBALL!
A.J. Hawk is playing about as much as he should. Wes I agree with you regarding A.J..

Ross and Wes, I, like Ross started listening to you guys via iTunes podcasts a couple of weeks ago. You guys have a great “blue collar” format, and you are not afraid to allow other Packer fans to voice their opinions.
Just a little background, I live in Northern California and I have been a Packer fan since 1963. We make the trek to Lambeau at least 2-3 times a year for games and Fan Fest. My wife (a tried and true, blond hair and blue eyed California girl) loves to go to Lambeau when the weather is crappy. We went to the 49er game this year and she was upset (to put it lightly) that the weather was so nice.
If you need a Northern California from the Cheap Seat correspondent, just let me know. John from SoCal could be the Not so Cheap seat correspondent. LOL
Have a good one, and GO! Pack! Go!
Welcome, Curt. Happy you are hear. Please send us an email so we can get you in the loop. I appreciate your “blue collar” adjective and you recognize that we let fans do most of the talking. Please add your voice.
