		<description>Great show guys. It was indeed not very negative and you&#039;ve put your finger on the main issue: McCarthy is micro managing.

The question is can he pull back from this fixation on offensive play calls, or will he pursue it until the end of the season? I think the biggest obstacle in his way are media expectations about him. Aside from your podcast, no other commentators have ever suggested he should raise his eyes from the play card and survey the action. That he was able to turn over the defense to a strong former head coach shows he knows the power of delegation, and maybe Dom is talking to him now.</description>
