Show plans…and other notes July 14, 2008

We have received some email asking if we plan to do Packershow again this year. Yes, we are going to do Packershow again this season. Wes and I will be at the Packers Family Fun Fest on August 3rd and will record some things from Lambeau and then our normal weekly show.
On the Brett Favre drama … we have very impassioned opinions about this situation as most Packer fans have.

I’m too far away to show up for Family night, though it sounds like fun. Let me know when you do anything about the drama this summer, because I have definite opinions about it. As I recall you guys called me crazy for suggesting Brett Favre should be a backup.
Oh, just to keep the board up to date, Grant has been signed. His agent is burbling about $30 million, but only $3 million is up front, yearly salary is $1.25 million and the rest comes from bonuses, roster, incentives etc. If he performs the way he need to get the extra pay, he’ll be worth it.
