BTW thanks Wes and Ross for answering my email about the zone blocking scheme – I now feel as if I understand it a lot better. And don’t worry about pronounciation of North Yorkshire! [as it happens, Wes is right with "Yorksh-uh"]. I haven’t worked out if it’s A-ron [short "a"] or Air-ron Rodgers yet !!)

An in depth item on the blocking scheme would be very interesting during the bye week – but there’s always plenty to interest me in Packershow.

My son Adam and I are off to London this Sunday to see the Saints and Chargers – go AFC!?! Not a bad way to spend the bye weekend

The Rouse return for a TD was a hoot!! I was listening on the web and assumed he had picked it off in the endzone – so I was shouting “Go down!” (a la Bigby v the Vikes) Then I realised Wayne was counting him down for a TD – woo hoo!!

What an impressive win – at last all 3 phases play for all 4 quarters

Great show guys! It’s odd that you didn’t remember the fumble, but as Patrick mentioned, it was sort of a turning point of the game. At the time I thought: “Uh oh” but it seemed to fire up the Packers and Aaron Rodgers too. Perhaps getting whacked is a good thing.

As far as the Michael Turner thing, I don’t remember anything about it. To me he’s still just a name, and every year there are a lot of good backs that are drafted. Some work, and some don’t. Ron Dayne is a great example. So, I can’t arbitrate this conflict.

Wes and Ross, I just listened to your broadcast. No email from me this week, I’ve been devoting my lunch time to addressing Kool Aid drinking Obama supporters who’ve been sending me emails with the most absurd reasons for voting for that guy.

I’m glad the Packers took care of business. I think that the final score will be a little tighter than your respective predictions. Green Bay 24-Colts 17.

Yeah. After I left I remembered it. It took place early in the 2nd quarter if I remember correctly. We were up eating cake as it was Wes’s birthday last weekend.

Can’t believe you guys don’t remember the Rodgers fumble. It led to a short (32 yard) TD drive by the Seahawks in the 2nd quarter. It was a play where he held the ball too long and then when he tried to scramble got hit from behind and lost the ball and the Seahawks recovered.

It gave the Seahawks the lead but did seem to light a fire under the Packers as they come out and ripped off a 15 play TD drive themselves to tie the game up.
